These restrictions apply to all vouchers, unless specifically contradicted in the Fine Print.

GENERAL

• The Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services
• Merchant terms and conditions apply
• Vouchers cannot be used after the date indicated on the fine print ("Valid to" or “Expiry”) unless expressly agreed to by merchant
• Vouchers must be redeemed according to the "How to redeem" instructions on the deal page or email and merchants reserve the right to refuse, or add surcharges to, bookings made through alternative means
• Additional customers without a voucher will be charged full price
• 24-hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited (voucher is void in case of no-show), unless other arrangement agreed to by the merchant.
• All deal inclusions must be redeemed in a single visit (unless specified as a multi-session deal)
• Expect a high demand for bookings, during peak periods - especially weekends
• All bookings subject to availability, it is recommended to book well in advance
• Merchants have the right to offer fixed availability for voucher holders to allow space for full paying customers
• No refunds if your preferred date is unavailable
• Voucher cannot be combined with any other offers unless permitted by the merchant
• Unused portions of the voucher are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash unless required by law
• Vouchers are not for resale and not redeemable for cash
• Unless explicitly mentioned, service charges, gratuity and additional taxes are not covered
• Some deals may be subject to age restrictions (please check the fine print and consult the merchant in case of doubt)
• Must be 18 or over for alcohol consumption
• Merchants abide by the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations and have the rights to enforce them
• For deals valid overseas, applicable age restrictions on the consumption of alcohol apply
• Wherever possible, we will use images taken at the merchant's location or of the exact service or item being offered. In cases where this is not possible, the images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be direct representations

TRAVEL PROMOTIONS

• Unless otherwise specified, travel deals are to be negotiated directly with the travel merchant. This includes all bookings including all applicable taxes, other traveller costs including, without limitation, travel insurance, incidentals, service charges, gratuities or expenses due to special requests or add-ons.
• Cancellations or applied charges and any transactions in relation to travel deals advertised on the inDeals website are are to be negotiated directly with the travel merchant. inDeals will take no responsibility for any transaction in relation to travel deals advertised on this site.
• inDeals does not facilitate, and is not liable for, any special requests which may be accommodated directly with the merchant, at their discretion.

GOODS PROMOTIONS

• It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct address details for delivery if required
• inDeals does not guarantee delivery if the address is entered incorrectly or the address is provided to inDeals or the merchant after the purchase of the deal
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, unless differently specified on the deal

GOODS PROMOTIONS: ALCOHOL

• Signature of recipient over the age of 18 is required
• Under no circumstances will liquor be relinquished to persons who do not present proof of ID
• Not available or to be consumed in designated dry areas
• It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18

VENDOR CODE OF CONDUCT

inDeal’s Vendor Code of Conduct sets out guidelines and requirements for all merchants, vendors, and suppliers (collectively, “Vendors”) that do business with any inDeals business or subsidiary (collectively, “inDeals ” or “we”). We expect our Vendors (including their employees, agents, subcontractors, and affiliates) to comply with the Vendor Code of Conduct in conducting business with or on behalf of inDeals even when the Vendor Code of Conduct exceeds the requirements of applicable law.
